Why do protestant churches are christians? and why are they divided in many issues?

they are divided in many denominations, they answer me they have different style of worshipping for example some evangelicals or protestants are against the speaking in tongues, some protestants keep the sabbath as the OT said and others say they are wrong, some deny the Holy trinity meanwhile others affirm this, many protestants have female pastors even the Bible is against this fact
