The most shameless guy..

I bought a kitten from a breeder and on the contract I signed it says the kitten can be returned with a full refund if in 5 working days a health problem is found by a licensed vet. On the third day of purchase I took the kitten to the vet cause he has had bloody diarrhea from the moment I got him home. And the kitten was diagnosed with enteritis and I contacted the breeder immediately but he said he could only take back the kitten with no refund. I emailed and called him several times but he seldom responded. He is CFA registered and I don't know if there is other ways to get him obey the rules of the contract besides taking him to small court?
