Er. This is NOT FAIR AT ALL!!?

Okay so i am an eight grader who is in girls athletics. The Male coaches for the boys are telling my coaches that the girls are not allowed to workout in the gym while the boys have basketball practice, it's not like we are loud we just run stairs and then we are done. The male coaches say that we have to tuck our shirts in but the boys are outside with their shirts hangging down or they aren't even wear shirts at all. Also, the male coaches say that girls athletics CANNOT touch a volley ball but they guys are outside playing football and soccer. My coaches were giving us an oppertunity to issue new sweats since it's getting cold outside. well the director of althletics who is also MALE denied us, the boys got bran new sweats. IS this ist or what? i want to know your thoughts on this.
