Frank Shamrock vs Nick Diaz April 11th, who wins?

I say Frank wins (t)ko round 3. Nick has good striking and will actually have a size and reach advantage (Franks natural weight is down to 183 why Diaz is up to 190 naturally) and Diaz has over 2 inches and height and a reach advantage. Diaz has little power in his strikes and relies on peppering shots to do damage, why Shamrock has power punches, and even better kickboxing. Both are ground wizards but if Renzo could mount no offense to Frank on the Ground than i dont see Nick doing anything serious to Frank on the ground, but i dont see the fight hitting the ground much at all. Nicks got a good chin but look at the shamrock vs baroni fight, than watch diaz vs noons. Noons wore diaz out, Frank will do the same but with alot more power in his punches.
