It is honestly, too soon to tell. You have to pay attention to his body language. Does he meet your eyes with his own, and hold his gaze longer than someone normally would? Does he smile at you? That is a definite sign. Does he try to be in close proximity to you and does he touch your arm or your hand or shoulder when he talks to you? If none of these are happening, then, I would have to say it isn't a positive sign or green light to go. So, proceed, now, with caution and give it time. If, indeed, he does like you, I ure you, he will manage to let you know. In the meantime, have fun and flirt with cute guys; it is fun and will help you with the practice to flirt with him!
