Should i Start Willis McGahee or Ray Rice?

I recently heard that Willis McGahee is a game time decision which makes it hard to set a starting lineup. Do you beleive McGahee will start and if he does how productive do you think he will be? The good news is that i handcuffed him during the draft so Ray Rice is available for me to plug in. Any Suggestions.
