Medical problem spleen i think it burst.... read details.. down below?

hi iv had alot of tests on my body lately found out i got a enlarged spleen doctors are cheaking it out scans ect i got diebytes type 2 im 19 years old -_- and had very heavy liva problems well not now ofcourse lots about 40 kgs feeling good but i got a cold and a virus in my body so iv just started to finish that but one problem is that 3 days till now i cough and my noise bleeds so heavy i made both my hands full of blood trying to get a tissue and i think i lost that much blood i almost fainted and now i just feel no taste in water coke cola food etc my spot where my spleen is is hurting in my back just need some good answer
