Chanel and Louis Vuitton bags online?

I've found a couple of sites that have so to be said "100% authetic" Chanel and Louis. They're really cheap considering my dream bag runs for about $2200 and on these websites it's only about $600 to $700. The sites are voguelande.com and eluxuryonline.com. What do you guys think? Should I order one or spend the extra $1500 at the local Chanel boutique? I'm a little weary about buying "AUTHENTIC" handbags online!
