Sat help with ethnicity and college?

ive taken the psat twice and both times i've put caucasian. but my mom is from portugal, born in lisbon and all and moved here. my dad from ny. now i know all about the minority thing involved in acceptances to colleges and im wondering what i should fill in for ethnicity. thanks
