How can i right a birthday litter to my dearest friend...his my friend and i love him more thatn a friend.....

Well I speak from experience in saying go for it! tell him how you feel. I had a crush on my best friend Doug and I told him and he just told me he didn't feel the same way but we went back to being bffs! A year later he liked me, and I didn't like him anymore... its just something that happens. your friend will understand. I would talk to him though :)
