Do you have to have chair covers??

if you don't have the money then don't even consider it...don't use money that you don't have on details that no one will notice. and if someone does - tell them to go out and buy some. the covers shouldn't make of break your event...everyone should be having a great enough time any way to not even have down time to worry about a green chair.
