I'm officially pregnant!!!!?

DH and I went through IVF, and I just had my pregnancy blood test yesterday, POSITIVE!!!! So as I've had so many different crazy meds pumped into my body over the last months (and still ongoing), I've gained a fair amount of weight already, despite being only officially 4weeks, 3days. My have grown from a C cup to a D cup, incredibly sore, I can already see stretch marks on my hips, and had to buy pants 2 sizes up! So I picked up a bottle of Palmers Cocoa er. Has anyone else used it? Did it work, and did you like it? I'm enjoying the scent so far.
