What do people think about Spanish language? How do you hear it?

It depends on the speaker. I *think* that when I'm hearing a person who isn't well-educated, I get a rather shrill "note" to it (if that makes sense) - it's something about the accent, although I don't speak Spanish well enough myself to tell you much more than that. A person who has a good speaking voice makes it sound fairly nice; it's not quite as "liquid" as Italian, but it's not unpleasant.
