What's a brilliant meal to enjoy during Texas vs Oklahoma on Saturday...?

At my tail-gate last year, I made little mini-burgers (you can get hawaiian rolls to put them on - really easy to make, just like regular hamburgers), mini corn dogs and put them in football helmet novelties. It was cute and a lot of people complimented it!
