Could you re-write this for me please(won't take long)Just a couple of lines....THANKS!!?
In the early twentieth century Iraq was a BritishColony, and the RAF used ssystematic bombing against insurgents in the highlands, this was one of the earliest examples of an aerial campaign which targeted civilians.Less than one hundred years later in 2003 ,the British committed troops to once again invade the Country.Thoughts of the earlier presence in Iraq were pushed to the back of the British Politican's minds, however the Iraq's memories seemed not to have been lost with on set of time. The difficulties the coalition forces have encountered would seem to prove that politicians should take history into account before their well meaning motives cause another debacle
